|Recommended: YesI just moved in today and am overall incredibly pleased with my new home. Everything is too easy - application and signing process was quick and easy, all utilities are included, and the units come fully furnished. I believe they are understaffed currently, but the one young gentleman in the office is top tier. He answered all my questions, signed with me on the spot, and had everything ready to go for me to move in just a week later

|Recommended: YesAmazing Leasing Agent and Maintenance Staff — I've had a wonderful experience living in my apartment here. I have had to ask for a maintenance request a couple of times and they were fast and efficient about helping me. I recommend this complex to anybody looking for a place to live near DMACC.

I greatly appreciate the office going above and beyond to help me... and I didn't even expect what happened to happen.. I just got a call after I had some bad news in the office. |Recommended: YesVery clean nice harsh rules. — Very nice and clean apartment complex. Rules are very strict felt like I was a child living here wasn’t such an open apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesI enjoy living at Campus Town — It is a nice place to live, it's secure so you know you and your belongs are safe. It's affordable and a perfect place for a college student.
|Recommended: YesI think the apartment complex is decent. — Allot of the amenities listed on the apartment, such as, study rooms, movie theater, even common halls are extremely inconvenient with many peoples schedule. I hope to do homework in a study room, but its impossible to find. Movie theater isn't accessible. Common halls lights shut off at 10 pm.
